1/2'' X 8' HOT DIP GALVANIZED GROUND ROD

Used as a grounding electrode for buildings and poles.
Manufactured from AISI 1035 Steel.
Size of rod, manufacturers mark, and appropriate testing requirement is stamped near the end of the rod for easy identification.
Steel is drawn before plating for strength and consistency.
Meets NEMA and ANSI requirements.
Rod ends are chamfer to prevent "mushrooming" while driving and allows ground clamp to be slipped over rod after installation.
Minimum galvanized thickness is 3.9 mil.
