5/8'' X 8' COPPER BONDED GROUND ROD UL LISTED

  • Used as a grounding electrode for buildings and utility poles.
  • Manufactured from AISI 1035 Steel.
  • Copper is electrically bonded to the entire length of the rod.
  • Size of rod, manufacturers mark, and appropriate testing requirement (i.e.: UL Listed) is stamped near the end of each rod for easy identification.
  • Steel is drawn before plating for strength and consistency.
  • Rod ends are chamferred to prevent "mushrooming" while driving and allows ground clamp to slip over rod after installation.
  • Rods that are UL Listed are covered by file number E211717.
