5/8'' X 8' HOT DIP GALVANIZED GROUND ROD

  • Used as a grounding electrode for buildings and poles.
  • Manufactured from AISI 1035 Steel.
  • Size of rod, manufacturers mark, and appropriate testing requirement is stamped near the end of the rod for easy identification.
  • Steel is drawn before plating for strength and consistency.
  • Meets NEMA and ANSI requirements.
  • Rod ends are chamfer to prevent "mushrooming" while driving and allows ground clamp to be slipped over rod after installation.
  • Minimum galvanized thickness is 3.9 mil.
