  • These Spring Steel Lock Nuts are used in lieu of hex nuts to resist loosening caused by vibration.
  • The Lock Nut's thread distorts when a load is applied and returns to its original shape when the load is released.
  • Palnut Type Lock Nuts are stamped from AISI 1050 Spring Steel.
  • Mechanically galvanized to meet ASTM Specification B695.
