Used as a mount to Fiberglass Utility Poles for accepting Detachable Pole Steps.
Bolt is #304 Stainless Steel to prevent corrosion.
Plate is hot dip galvanized to meet ASTM Specification A153.
Hole in plate accepts a 1/4" Screw to prevent rotation.
